Environment/Versions Spirent TestCenter Access - IGMP Snooping Answer We need to configure IGMP querier if starting IGMP host or Stopping HOST does not take effect. Meaning if Tx and Rx counters continue to increment even we have stopped the IGMP HOST. I tested in house and found IGMP Snooping worked fine without IGMP querier but on customer DUT it was not working we see Rx counters incrementing. We enabled IGMP querier on multicasts source port than it worked and we observed Rx counters stopped when we stop the IGMP Host.
