If you are using TTsuite-SCTP or other TTworkbench based solution and you receive this error then WinPcap or other Jpacap.dll dependency is missing.

1. Download and install Wireshark from the Wireshark website. Choose the 32 or 64 bit version, similar to your TTworkbench version.
2. If the error persists, install "Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2012" from Microsoft website. Also here, the version should be the same as TTworkbench version.
3. If after following the previous two steps the error remains, install Dependencywalker and import Jpacap.dll to see which dependencies are still missing.
