BRTU: How can I clear error "STATUS REQUEST OPERATION FAILED, DS3/E3 INTERFACE SIGNAL IS OOF"?

BRTU - all versions.
Answer
Reseat the TD3 card.
If problem does not clear, move the TD3 card to a different slot. Wait 30 seconds and return the TD3 to original slot.
If problem does not clear, replace the TD3 card.
