Customer Service Center: Why do we ask for your business email during CSC registration?

Answer
During registration, we use the business email address as part of the verification that you work at the company in question. Although you're allowed to create CSC Users with any email you want, getting access to company-specific functions like opening a support case for your company is only available from CSC Users with an email matching your company's email address domain.
If you sign-up using a public email address (examples include aol.com, gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com or yandex.com), you will gain access to post in the Spirent Forums.
