Tech X Flex NG: Why am I locked out the Tech X Flex ?

Verizon Units
IF for some reason you are locked out a tech x flex. Ensure that all your user information and setup information is correct in the system module settings.
Go TO Sytem > System Module Settings > Base Unit
Fill out all pieces of information related to your user information. Make sure everything is correct and filled out.
