Why I can not download the full files from a shared OneDrive link and I am getting some ERROR files

When trying to download some biggest files from OneDrive, usually looks like the ZIP downloads but replaces any individual file with a "Error file" .txt saying:
File is too big to download. Requested File Size: XYZ MB, Max File Size Limit: 25 MB
or
Some Files weren't downloaded.

Download the whole parent zipped file
