What does this mean to Spirent Customers?
Existing valid service agreements will be honored until expiration
Existing and new (ALM) valid service hardware agreements will be honored
Customers should consider upgrading to production released hardware
Please note: this hardware has been discontinued for over three years and are all currently obsolete. During this period Spirent has not been implementing any hardware or software fixes, this will continue to be the case moving forward.
Spirent does not accept repairs nor implement enhancements, bug fixes on discontinued or obsolete products. This has been the policy for above listed hardware for at least three years and will continue to be our policy going forward. Please contact your Spirent Sales Representative with any questions.
