Answer

As per the SPT-N11U and SPT-N12U Chassis Installation Instructions document on page 15, it is mentioned that both SPT-N11U-110 and SPT-N11U-220 may work on 50 or 60 Hz.

We have confirmed that N4U and N11U chassis use the same power supply model, so in the case of the N4U we can say that it can be used at bot 50 and 60 Hz as well.
