The GUI is frozen and the customer needs to obtain results from the two days of results.
 

If the GUI is frozen, I do think eventually the GUI will time out, and just then you can try to see if there is a way to save the .db results from the GUI itself, we have not tested this to validate if that will work but it is worth to try.

Another thing that can be tried is to try to access and get results from TCIQ, even if the GUI is frozen, you can open a new GUI and open TCIQ to connect to the results from the other test.
