Yes, DX3-12-Port-QUINT speed modules are supported in the SPT-N11U chassis.

In datasheets from latest revisions, is only mentioned that these kind of modules are supported in SPT-N4U and SPT-12U, this is because the SPT-N11U is no longer manufactured.

Please find attached an old revision datasheet (Rev. H | 03/17) for the DX3-12-Port-QUINT module where the N11U chassis is mentioned as supported chassis.
