This release notes document is for the latest Spirent TestCenter software base packages, test packages, and hardware. Click the attached PDF to open the release notes.
The following is a partial list of new content that is being introduced as part of this release.
The New Features document includes detailed descriptions of each new feature and many helpful GUI screen captures. 

400G Hardware

• Support for 4x100G NRZ Breakouts (ACC-1067A) on Spirent TestCenter 400G Appliances and Test Modules

• Priority Flow Control Measurements for 40G on PX3-QSFP28-12  
• User Defined Counters and User Defined Capture Counters for 40G on PX3-QSFP28-12
• PFC Cable Delay Support for PX3-QSFP28-12

• Application Import and Playback (AIP) allows the user to import a PCAP file and create L4-7 traffic from one or more of the streams available within that file
• Application Import and Playback (AIP) is supported on LabServer
• Support generating a PDF test report containing the Enhanced L4-7 test configuration, results table, and graphs from the test execution
• Added Enhanced L4-7 support for Spirent TestCenter AWS Virtual Machine (V-FMT-AWS)
• Add new persistent bandwidth health indicators
• Measure the average bandwidth achieved during the steady state phase of traffic generation

• LAG Support for 400G on PX3-QSFP-DD-8

• TSN: enhancement added new result fields to show the rate of delay response messages meant only for a particular slave in Multicast mode

• Spirent TestCenter Bulk REST API for object management in bulk
