Avalanche does not provide native viewing of PCAP files and requires a third party program like “Wireshark” that can be downloaded for free from the internet.
detail: If you have a third party viewer already install you can tell the GUI to open that viewer by default – go to TOOLS -> PREFERENCES – then Navigate the tree to Results Tab – Under the “Viewer for PCAP files” browse for your installed viewer and select open –click apply or close the preferences window– Now the GUI will open created PCAP’s by default when selected form the test results.
