Spirent Customer Service Center (CSC): On my Google Chrome browser, downloads don't seem to start

Symptoms
Clicking on a download from the CSC seems to do nothing. There is a small rectangle with a red "X" on it in the address bar of the browser.
Environment
  • Google Chrome Browser
  • Spirent Customer Service Center Downloads tab
Explanation/Resolution
Google Chrome is preventing a pop-up from happening, which then prevents the download from starting.

To workaround this issue, click on the rectangle with the red X in the address bar, then choose "Always allow pop-ups from https://support.spirent.com", and click Done.
