Symptoms The Spirent TestCenter Application freezes after activating EL4-7. The test module status is shown as restarting, and the GUI records a timeout about 10 minutes later. The ethernet ports cannot be reserved, so the card must be rebooted. Environment Spirent TestCenter 5.20 or older. Enhanced L4-7. MX2-10G-S8. MX2-11AX-2-V2. Explanation/Resolution The Default Mode in the MX2-11AX-2-V2 test module brings up the ports in 32 bits mode, causing them to be stuck trying to start up the daemons. The fix for this issue is available in the 5.21 release. Root Cause A problem in the pkgmgr/Launcher code is causing the FPGA to use the wrong VM image.
