Maximize your time and take charge of your testing career by becoming a Spirent Certified Performance Expert (SCPE). An SCPE certification demonstrates that you possess the knowledge and skills required to design, create, and implement a comprehensive device/network test strategy using Spirent TestCenter. An individual who has achieved the SCPE title by successfully passing the SCPE exam has demonstrated proficiency with the Spirent TestCenter applications. Skills measured include using the Spirent TestCenter L2/3 Application, performing tests using PGA (Packet Generation and Analysis), and some aspects of emulation.

About the Exam

• The SCPE Exam covers many topics. You can prepare for the exam by relying on your own experience using the product, attending one or more Spirent TestCenter instructor-led courses, or reviewing the materials available on Spirent Campus as outlined in the course overview document attachment below.
• The exam consists of 50 randomly generated questions taken from a pool of 200 questions. You must achieve a passing score of 80 percent within a 60-minute time limit to pass. You are allowed two attempts to achieve the passing score.
• You may consider the first try as an example of the nature and difficulty of the questions. Don't be afraid to fail. With that knowledge you will have a better idea of how to prepare to take the exam a second and final time. Keep in mind that you will see a different set of randomly-selected questions in the second test.

You can use that to determine what topics that you need to reveiw in the Continuing Education Online Series. Or better yet, attend a Spirent TestCenter Validating Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) SCPE Course.
