Customer Service Center: Why can't I get downloads or find/see my equipment/asset in the "Assets" tab of the CSC?

If you're not able to see it, it could be due to a number of reasons:

  • You are associated with the wrong account
  • Your equipment is associated with the wrong account
  • Some other configuration issue

Contact (supplying the relevant serial number) or raise a Service Request (SR) to get the issue resolved.
