How to get ULTS-OTA log to be checked for ETS solution

In order to get customer representative support for our ULTS-OTA product for ETS solution, customer should get below log files to be send;

ULTS Debug Logs

Located at C:\Program Files\Spirent Communications\TestDrive ULTS\OTAApplicationServer\Debug_Logs, 

 

please zip the file and send to us for debugging, this folder include three files typically, they are

1, AAlog.mdb

2,Comm.log

3, OTAAppConsoleLog.txt
