If the IP addresses are in sequence then user may able to use the Mask to filter the IP addresses. However, if the IP addresses are from different subnet (not contiguous) then may need to use three different profiles.
Set the source or destination IP addresses and set the mask to 32 as shown in the example below to impair a specific IP address.
