Answer

We can use the below REST API Command to check the Active Reservations from iTest:

http://10.1.1.1/ilo/api/0/topology/get_reservations?id=40f558ba-6604-4723-8f06-b60ab05cff7f&active_only=true

Here the ID (highlighted) is the topology ID as shown in below screenshot
