Open Spirent TestCenter GUI -> Connect to VM -> Tools -> Licensing Management

Virtual controller (aka – license server) will not show the feature license, we can see it only from the GUI after connecting the VMs.
When we log into license server we can see only the Port License (functional and/or performance license if any).
Functional license -> VIRTUAL_TESTCENTER_FUNCTIONAL
Performance license -> VIRTUAL_TESTCENTER
