Answer The txringsize adjust the STC queue length, which defaults to 256 packets; the physical NIC queue length is probably 1024.  If the STC GUI queue stat is filling up, it might indicate that the hardware cannot keep up with STCc tx rate, and increasing the queue length will probably not help; it could also mean network throughput or Rx queue full issues.  You can adjust the txringsize to 512 or 1024 and validate if it helps; this should be trial and error.
