Spirent TestCenter: Is it possible to increase/decrease the Tx optical power?

Answer
It is not possible to modify the transceivers' laser strength.
As a possible solution you can try:
Using an optical attenuator.
Connect an L1 switch in between the Spirent TestCenter chassis/appliance and the DUT.
